Orca Dancer by Norm Williams

Norm was inspired to create this bronze after watching treaty negotiations between a First Nations community and the provincial government.  For several days on t.v. he watched ceremonies kick off with native dancers wearing traditional masks.  This dancer was wearing a killer whale mask done in a traditional style.
